This designation - 'The Green Book' - has come about because my husband is 40 now. Welcome to this decade, my Love! That has meant that he's taken an interest in what he's eating. I guess those long mountain bike rides got tougher this year. But he's actually reading books about food and experimenting with foods lower on the glycemic index and trying gluten-free, dairy-free, and added sugar-free things.
